Victor Damásio has been working in Digital Marketing for over 12 years and is passionate about creating transformation in people’s lives...

From a young age, Victor always had a passion for sales and entrepreneurship.
In school, he started selling “Magic the Gathering” cards to his classmates, already thinking about saving money to start his own business in the future.
He also sold newspapers in the subway, worked as a bartender, and even sold shampoo, among other experiences before the digital era.
Graduating in Law from Rio de Janeiro's Federal University, he interned at a law firm but quickly realized that this life wasn’t for him.
During this time, he studied marketing on his own in his bedroom. After spending countless nights studying, he decided to take it seriously...
